Semi-Automatic double-side adhesive tape pasting machine

Used for applying long strips of double-sided tape and easy-tear strips on the surfaces of cardstock, card boxes, corrugated boxes, envelopes, file folders, etc.

Features

1, The machine is compact, features manual feeding, and is suitable for applying double- sided tape to small batch products.

2, The sticker head has a rotating material changing function, which can replace the double-sided tape within 30 seconds to improve efficiency.

3, The human-machine interface and touch screen makes the process of parameter settings much easier.

Adopting imported PLC touch screen operation with simple, fast and adjustable frequency conversion technology.
The material tray can be adjusted to rotate and adjust the tightness according to the label width. The operation is simple and convenient.
Attach the label to the cover head and press it down with a cylinder to firmly press the label onto the product, while removing any air.
The traction mechanism drives the marking tape to complete the marking, and cooperates with the rewinding mechanism to automatically recycle the waste backing paper in an environmentally friendly manner.
